Interesting how the incident this week victimizing the girls track team at So Pas High became a national story, yet no coverage to it is given by this publication. I imagine most readers think local publications should do a better job covering an event in their own backyard as compared to the national media. Your editors really dropped the ball on this one! Afterall, don’t you have the better contacts, more insight, and better community relationships? In fact, shouldn’t you do a better job at covering local sports? Parents like to see this type of coverage of their kids.
