Pasadena Police Arrest Man Suspected of Stalking Dr. Drew Pinsky

On Wednesday, March 3, the Pasadena Police Department arrested Charles Pearson, 33 for stalking. On March 1, the Pasadena Police Department took a report of criminal threats where the victims (identified as Dr. Drew Pinsky and his family) reported that they had been the victims of some violent threats that were posted over the internet by suspect Pearson over a period of a few months. During that time, a male who fit the description of the suspect showed up at a radio station affiliated with Dr. Pinsky and made accusations about the doctor. Concurrently, Dr. Pinsky received court documents notifying him that he was being sued in small claims court by Pearson.
Leads tipped law enforcement to Pearson’s location at Pierce College where, they arrested him without incident. The investigation is continuing.
