Daven Oswalt Joins Parsons as Vice President, Business Development, Water & InfrastructureDaven Oswalt has joined Pasadena-based Parsons company as Vice President, Business Development, for its Water & Infrastructure group. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the pursuit and sale of water projects throughout the United States and internationally.

Mr. Oswalt has more than 25 years of business development and government relations experience. Prior to joining Parsons, he served as vice president of business development at a major environmental engineering firm. He was responsible for developing business opportunities in the areas of technical design, program management, construction management, and management consulting services for the company’s global operations.

“Daven has a diverse business development and government relations background and has held key roles in several international engineering companies,” said Rich Wankmuller, Parsons Group President. “We’re pleased to have Daven join our team and are confident that his ability and experience will help Parsons remain a leader in the water market.”

Mr. Oswalt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Mesa State College and attended the JFK School of Government Senior Leaders in Government Program at Harvard University. He is based in Sacramento, California.
