“Contemporary History Makers” Celebrated at Pasadena Musuem of History

A quintet of Pasadena notables were honored Saturday, October 3, by Pasadena Museum of History as the 2009 “Contemporary History Makers” as a festive benefit dinner and auction in the museum’s Fenyes Estate gardens. (L-r) Larry Mantle, Betsey and Sid Tyler, and Denise Nelson Nash joined an elite roster of individuals honored with this designation since the award was inaugurated in 2000.

The event raised more than $75,000 in support of the museum’s educational programs.
