N. Michigan Fire Causes $90,000 in Damages

The Pasadena Fire Department was dispatched to reported garage fire Thursday at 1001 N. Michigan . Upon arrival they found a garage fully involved extending into the house as well as the house and garage at 995 N Michigan. An additional engine company was requested due to the amount of fire. They were assigned to confirm no additional exposures.
An Investigator was requested to the scene to determine cause/origin of the fire. At this time the cause is undetermined.
Loss to the structure at 1001 was $40,000 structure and $20,000 contents. The garage contained a silk screening business. Loss to the structure at 995 was $23,000 structure and $10,000 contents.
