Carpenters’ Union 209 Stages Strike Outside IndyMac Bank in Pasadena

Approximately 25 members of the Carpenters’ Union 209 staged a very vocal protest against a company doing work at the Indymac building on Lake Avenue Friday afternoon. The angry men and women said that that Final Assembly was not paying fair wages.

Pasadena Police were brought in briefly as the crowd was vocal and causing a disruption to local businesses. Repeated efforts to reach Union 209 representatives were unsuccessful.
