About 20 wineries will be participating in the festival offering tastings of over 120 wines. California wine regions represented will include Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Santa Barbara County, Paso Robles region, and Monterey County. The City of Pasadena water rates have been set to go to all-time highs since the Pasadena City Council approved rate increases in its basic water rates of 35% and changed its tiered usage system to tighter levels which will result in higher charges for water usage.
